Psi 0.91 installer updated

The Psi installer is updated again.
These languages are now fully supported: English, Dutch, French, German, Macedonian, Polish. SourceForge.net now hosts the new installer. If you’re interested in using Jabber and you want a good client, start with this installer. It’ll save you a lot of work (downloading and installing language files, …).
